Delivery

We offer delivery for everything we sell, from outdoor furniture to full-size structures. Delivery for outdoor structures is already built into the price, so there are no surprise add-on fees. If you prefer to pick up your structure yourself, we’re happy to waive the delivery fee.

For structures other than sheds, the manufacturer sends out a crew to handle both delivery and installation. If your shed needs to be delivered in sections because of tight access or height limits, that’s not a problem—we can put it together right on your property.

Delivery Area

Delivery within 20 miles of our Williamstown, New Jersey, location is a flat-rate fee. Outside that range, there’s a small per-mile charge. And if you’re wondering how far we’ll deliver—if you’re willing to pay for the miles, we’re willing to make the trip.

Stress-Free Delivery

We keep the delivery process seamless by never using a truck and trailer to deliver your purchases. Instead, we use specialized equipment to deliver our large products.

For larger jobs, we use a delivery “mule”, a specialized machine that can easily navigate and lift sheds into small spaces. It works by supporting one end of the shed while flotation tires are placed under the other end, allowing the mule to lift and steer the structure through tight spots, around obstacles like power lines, and over uneven terrain like soft dirt or grass. Using the mule protects your lawn while allowing for precise positioning.

For smaller deliveries, we use a custom-made piece of equipment, a machine we fondly refer to as The Shed Buggy. The Shed Buggy is a remote-controlled piece of equipment that can easily navigate structures into your yard without destroying the lawn. It’s custom-made for our company, allowing us to offer smoother shed delivery than you’ll get anywhere else.

Before
Delivery Day

Many townships and HOAs have their own rules about sheds and outdoor structures, and most require permits once you hit a certain size. It’s always a good idea to check with your local zoning or permitting office so you know exactly what’s required. And if you’re unsure where to start, or run into a snag, we’re more than happy to step in and help you sort out the paperwork.

One last thing: site prep needs to be finished before we can deliver your shed. That means clearing the space, making sure any required permits are in place, and having a stone or concrete foundation ready to go. But don’t sweat it, we’re here to help you through each step so delivery day goes smoothly.
